How do I pay?
Checkout is crypto only: ETH or USDC on Ethereum, or SOL or USDC on Solana. After you place an order you'll see the exact amount, wallet address and a QR code.
What does Rx mean?
Rx items are prescription products. You answer a short health questionnaire at checkout, and the order is held until our prescriber reviews it. If it isn't approved, the order is cancelled and fully refunded.

How is quality checked?
Products are third-party tested by batch. You can request the Certificate of Analysis for any product from our COA page.
Can I see a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
Yes. Email [email protected] with the product name and we'll send you the batch COA. Every product page and our COA hub has a Request COA button.
